Refund policy

Please contact info@st-st.co to arrange for any returns or exchanges. 

If you would like to return or exchange for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be unworn in their original condition including tags, polybags and hygiene seals.

ST-ST reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.

Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Credit notes will be issued for returns and exchanges can be made for any in stock item(s)

Returns:

Returns can be made for faulty products although any item deemed to be intentionally damaged will forfeit all shipping costs and the cost of the item(s).

The process of intentionally damaging products in order to return is immoral and can be a great cost to a business.

Domestic Returns:

Exchange shipping costs are around $10 - $12 and non-refundable. please allow 10 business days for your exchange.

To exchange, please send the item to us via your local post office or courier service.

Faulty returns have shipping costs covered but please ensure you have contacted us first to approve via photos and final approval will occur when the product is returned and inspected. 

    International Returns:

    All international returns are at the expense of the customer. please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.

    1. circle the item you are returning on the included form.
    2. place the item(s) you are returning and the included form in the shipping mailer.
    3. follow the step by step instructions here to submit your return.
    4. ship package to the following address and retain your tracking number for reference:

    Domestic Shipping

    Customers may experience shipping delays beyond our control.
    We appreciate your patience and assure you your package will be sent as quickly as possible.


    Free shipping for domestic orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a $12 flat rate. 

    Orders ship out within 2 - 3 business days Monday - Friday. Courier times are approximately 3 - 5 business days after shipping, depending on location.

    Express shipping is usually 1-2 days in metro areas and 2-5 in regional areas.

    Tracking will be supplied when your order has been shipped via email.

    International Shipping

    Shipping and duties are calculated at checkout.

    International delivery times are approximately 10-21 business days but can vary based on delivery country.  All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Undeliverable Packages

    If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable as shipped, the carrier may return the package. ST-ST is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order. Please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. Undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. All returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
